If you have forgotten your password, you can re-set it as long as you know your four-digit account number and the email address registered in your account. If you put these in correctly, an email message entitled Your Bath LETS Account should arrive with an interim password (don't forget to check your junk box).
Once you get into your account, go straight to My Profile (it's a link on the side-bar) and change this password to one you can remember - it's the first choice on the menu. NB you will need to include at least one digit in the new password you choose.
